Use a swimming pool cover
For many years I resisted covering our beautiful swimming pool with a big green tarp. But after several really cold winters in Georgia we got tired of maintaining the pool in the winter months, not to mention the cost of keeping it running almost 24/7 when the temperatures dropped below freezing.
